Following the arrest by the Israeli authorities of two UAWC employees for an Aug. 23, 2019 terrorist bombing in the West Bank that claimed the life of a 17-year-old Israeli, Rina Shnerb, an internal investigation by the Dutch foreign ministry found that both men’s salaries had been paid in part with funds donated by the Netherlands.
