South African soccer star, 19 year old Rowan Human, former Bidvest Wits forward, has signed with Israeli Premier League giants Maccabi Tel Aviv.

Maccabi Tel Aviv’s website states “Maccabi Tel Aviv signed Rowan Lancaster Human, a South African midfielder from Bidvest Wits FC. The 19-year-old attacking midfielder signed a one-year-deal with an option to extend by a further season and will be loaned out to Beitar Tel Aviv Bat Yam.

This comes after Bidvest Wits F.C. was sold to Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila (TTM) Football Club, a South African football club based in Limpopo province. TTM owner Lawrence Mulaudzi is said to move the team there to play at Thohoyandou Stadium.

The talented, young Human knew from a young age that he wanted to be a professional football player. He has already made a name for himself and this move is anticipated to put him firmly in the international spotlight, opening opportunities for the young star.

This is an excellent goal for him and for South Africa and we wish him the best in his new international career.
